Kurt Holloway Appointed Estate Executor

R. Kurtz "Kurt" Holloway was appointed executor of the estate of Miriam M. Miskive by the Register of Wills of Chester County, Pa. on December 28, 2017. Kurt, who is a partner in the firm does agree, in certain situations, to clients' request that he act as executor of their estates or trustee of their trusts. Each decision is made on a case by case basis.
